   We support you in the mediation and application process for funding for your company or project. To do so, we process your personal data in order to:

• assess funding opportunities,

• prepare and document applications,

• coordinate communication with funding agencies.

We act solely as an intermediary and facilitator of the process. The decision regarding the approval of funding lies exclusively with the funding agency. We do not assume any guarantee or warranty for the granting of funding, and all risks associated with the funding application remain with the client.

3. Legal Basis of Processing
   Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent), provided you voluntarily grant us such consent.

4. Types of Data Processed

• Contact details (name, email, telephone number, address)

• Company data (e.g., registered office, industry, revenue)

• Project data related to the funding request

• Documents required for the application process

5. Disclosure of Data
   Your data will only be shared with the relevant funding agencies where necessary for processing your application. Data will not be shared with third parties for other purposes without your explicit consent.

   Your data will be stored only as long as is necessary to process your request or as required by statutory retention obligations. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

   We accept no liability for the funding itself or the decision of the funding agency. Our role is limited to providing support and advice in the application process. All risks and any potential repayment obligations remain with the client.
